EKY Heritage Foundation Inc is requesting proposals from architectural / engineering firms with previous experience in all phases of design and construction of the Raven Rock Resort Lodge project. The selected consultant will be responsible for the design of an 8,500 square foot Lodge containing, conference room, restaurant, administrative office space and apartment with a 3,500 square feet deck, Site preparation, Landscaping, Access Road Improvements, Trailhead for mountain biking and hiking trails, Design five (5) miles of soft surface mountain bike / hiking trails construction, Trail Way-finding Signage, Vaulted Toilet, Parking Lot with one hundred (100) parking spaces, and the required Infrastructure. Minimum requirement shall be previous experience in the design and construction of commercial building projects.
